Ariston micro genus 28. No hot water when heating is on.

Hi,

The hot water on my ariston boiler is not very hot when the central heating is on.

It is only marginally warmer than the cold water when the CH is running but fine when it is not.

I might have another problem as I noticed the radiators get warm when the central heating is off and somebody has had a shower or if we have the comfort setting on the boiler.

Can anybody let me know what the cause might be.

I can understand the diverter valve and the radiators heating up. Would this also explain the cool water?

Yes diverter sticking in heating position.
