Ariston Microgenus 23.... advise please.....

Anyone out there?

Our Ariston microgenus 23 is not even four years old and we have had continous problems with it. We usually have to press the reset button to get it working but now that dosent work and the boiler isnt even firing up at all....

Any ideas or advice??

Not much to go on, but on that boiler and that symptom I'd guess it needs a new pcb.
But only proper diagnostic inspection would tell you.

Can you hear anything from the boiler? eg a fan running, clicking, pump going, or do you mean it is completely dead?
