I have had an attached garage built onto the side of my house the dividing wall has 2 windows into the garage.

My question is can I brick up these windows with Glass bricks to retain some of the available light.
Or is there some form of fireproof Glass available I could use

Your attached garage should have building control approval. The windows into the garage should be shown on the drawings detailing what is to be done to them.

You really need to ask your building control officer what your options are especially where perhaps the drawings show the windows removed and bricked up.

You can get fire rated glass blocks and fire rated glazing.
I don't know about the cost of fire rated glass blocks but do know that fire rated glass is very expensive and you also need frames that are fire rated as well.
