My mum wants to be able to watch Sky in her bedroom and the guy from Sky said in stead of having another sky box, just to get an AV sender.

My question is, does anyone know if one brand is better than another? I did read that some AV senders can be problematic with wireless routers (something to do with them sending the same signal??). I've been looking at them but as I said, I don't know if any one is better than another.

Does anyone use one and can you recommend one?

I used the Digi-eye method and hard wired and it does work well. Booster splitter in loft resends sky to 5 other rooms. Two bed rooms have digi-eyes and remote to change channel but dinning room, kitchen, guest room have no eyes yet.

I have not seen wireless senders which allow you to control Sky box and mine seems to go into standby at most inopportune times.

I also have RF box and send DVD/Hard drive signal as well which in turn is also connected to free to air box so each room have two channels to watch.
