Bathroom Cold Tap

Our Bathroom cold taps seems to have gradually lost water flow over the last month. We used to be able to turn the tap really hard a get some water to flow. But now it had ceased to flow. Can anyone help point me in the right direction.

turn the water off and dismantle the tap or try a search there must be every conceivable problen with taps in here somewhere
