I have removed the tile on our bathroom floor, can i reuse the mud floor

all floors should be cleaned this gives an even surface to tile on and wont affect the bedding of the tile, which in turn stops any tiles to rock or even pop back off when walked on . also bonding is required on sufaces to stop the moisture being drwan out off the adhiesive and enables it too set properly.
