Hi fellow gas installers right baxi guys on here.
I do a lot of work for housing co-operatives, they have these nightmare boilers in ,and are about to come out of warranty even though baxi extended the warranty due to amount of problems.
Most common fault i come across is the pre heat light just flashing but the boiler not firing up thus no heat or hw.
I know the preff diff valve on these are a prob and the diverter valves for noises.
When i have been called to these boilers and it isnt the pressure diff stuck i have had to blow down the air pressure switch to activate boiler.
Baxi swear no probs with them so come on Baxi guys whats the crack?
Also the expansion vessels are a nightmare to always needing re pressurizing.
