Baxi 80e boiler

Help! I have a Baxi 80 e boiler installed in the house..

I have Hot water when the setting is at heating and water but alas when the setting is at hot water only I get no hot water, the boiler does not even fire up.

There are no warning or fault lights showing. The pressure showing is just around 2, so I am guessing with my minimal knowledge that pressure is not the problem. Can anyone give any suggestions please as to cause &/or possibly point me in the direction of a decent tradesperson to rectify?

The hot water diaphragm is probably worn.

To prove,
In hot water mode only, try turning a hot tap on full, quickly.

If the boiler now fires you need a prt no. 248063.

Thank you, yes the test did show that to be problem, boiler fired up for a few seconds

All I need now is to find a decent tradesperson in the Ribble Valley Area
