baxi duotec 28HE problem I'd like some help with please- it boils and shuts down. initially gave an E125 fault, primary heating circuit. so turned heating off, and tried again. this time gave an E110 fault, hot water overheating. manual says test overheat thermostat and that's ok, would just like to know if there's anything else it could be before I have to get a new pcb.... many thanks.

Blocked plate HE?

Was the system power flushed before the boiler was fitted?

Has the Benchmark been completed with the installers details shown?

yes there's a vent on top of the boiler, and it was pushing out steam and redlining on temp gauge. but would you believe it...the damn thing started to work again this morning- watch this space...

Try it on hot water only with the hot water temperature control on 60c. Open a hot tap and report back what temperature reading it goes up to.

tried on hot water only, had the same result. reset it several times but no success- then this morning it's back to normal...but for how long?
