Baxi Combi 105e - hot water but no central heating hellllp!

Please could someone try to help us - we have a Baxi Combi Instant 105e.

When we switch on the boiler to pre-heat only, the boiler kicks in fine, and water heats
When we switch to central heating AND water mode, the water is fine, but the central heating neon does not light - no central heating.
The system has been flushed, and we fitted a new pump - still no joy.

Two problems we have noticed - the pump gets extremely hot, and also, it continues to spin AFTER we have used the water.

Is it worth buying a new PCB and seeing if this is the prob?

To eliminate programmer and room stat problems, put a link (disconnect any wiring that is there already) between terminals 1 and 2 next to the mains input.

Be aware these are all 230v.
