BAXI COMBI 80E POOR HEAT AT RADS !! URGENT !!

Looking for some help urgently guys.

BAXI COMBI 80E ..

Boiler fires on both CH AND HW all ok but on CH mode only reaches 50 oC and rads are warm but not hot enough.

Tried thermisters and even swapped HW and CH but no change. resistance was ok also so ruled this out.

Is the PCB faulty as it seems to be only reaching Min temp even though controls are up full ???
