baxi combi leak

Hello, i have a baxi combi 105e instant which has been losing pressure on the CH. I have found a leak on the boiler, it is leaking from behind the DHW pressure differential valve. I have removed this valve and it appears the leak is coming from a 3 way manifold which the pdv clips on to, leaking through the pin which sticks out of the manifold. I am presuming the leak is not coming from the pdv as i am losing CH pressure. Does anyone know the name of this manifold, or the part number, the best place to get one and is this a common problem.

thanks for the response and the link. part number 248728 seems to cover the manifold and the pdv, probably expensive, do you know if they can be bought seperately
