Baxi Duo tec He24 Heating Fault

My daughters Baxi duo tec 24he has a fault on the the central heating the hot water is working but the heating won't fire up. I couldn't see an error code. The installer's did not fit a Magna clens or similar. Keith

Well it clearly has a fault!

Either in the demand chain or associated with the diverter.

Why not call an engineer?

if the heating demand light dose not come on its probably a clock /stat issue
