Hi I'm currently having this boiler and it hangs all the time. Here is a study which I have done! I wanted constant temperate which this boiler is unable to give me its so fustrating feeling hot and cold all day!

The problem is that although the temperature in the hallway (where the thermostat is installed) drops far below the set temperature, the heater sometimes does not come into operation. For example the room temperature in the hallway is 17 degrees and the set temperature is 22 degrees the heater should start but this is not happening on many occasions. (approx. once or twice a day). Only when I reset the main boiler by switching it off completely and then on again, the heater continues normal operation for as long as it takes.
This problem is not linked to the digital timer, since it fail in both 'timing' mode as well as in 'contant' mode. Furthermore the problem is not linked to the position of individual room thermostats.

What that really make me **** off is that the agent came at night telling me to fool the baxi boiler .. but indeed he is a fool himself and wasting his effort and mine too!

You need an engineer there whilst it is faulting to assess what part is failing to tell the boiler to fire up.

Could be external controls/zone valve even.
