Just ordered a Baxi DuoTec boiler and want to use a wireless programmer / thermostat.
On the Baxi site it seems that their unit is '24hour wireless room thermostat code 5117391', does anyone know if this unit is both a room thermostat AND a programmable unit for heating ????
Thanks for any help - heating is not my best subject

I wouldnt fit their own model as ,as said previously is very basic, ideal for older people maybe but you cant set differant temps .

cheers guys for your help . . . . point taken, any views on a suitable / compatible unit that will offer a good option ?

Honeywell CM921 (24 hour) or CM927 (7 day) are probably the best going at the moment.

As D hailsham says honeywell as the are really simple to use and have simple over ride facility ,danfoss and drayton are also ok . The baxi one also breaks very easily
