bests options on building the roof in the attached pic

hello again
im soon to start on my extension and am looking for any advice people can give me on my best options for building the flat roof in the attached pics, i know the easy option is a flat roof with furrings on but im going to zinc clad the flat roof and would realy like to get a good pitch on it as im all about looks!!!
is it possible/best to get "special" furrings cut , out of a 50x220 for example to give me the pitch i want
in the pics attached ive shown both options, ie flat and pitched roof

That looks like a large extension in comparision to the existing [house?]Have you got planning permission for this

You wont be able to use furrings for the pitched option and will need to angle the joists.

You will probably need intermediate supports due to long spans, or you could use I-Beams
