biasi boiler not firing up

Hi there

I have a biasi boiler, it's been working fine so far. This evening I came back home, turned it on from the thermostat and the boiler does not fire up. Both central heating and hot water are off. The gas pressure is 0. Any suggestions?
any quick reply is very appreciated, it's freezing!
