biasi boiler not working

hi
i have a biasi m90e 28s combi boiler and the hot water is working fine but the CH isn't working at all got it to work for about 10 secs then it went off, there is a green flashing light on the bottom left that i never noticed flashing before, got no manual so any help would be appricated

Is that 10 seconds of actual visible flame, or 10 seconds of making noises?
