Bifold Shower Door Sticking Wheels

Hi

With this shower door as soon as you push it to open it the wheel flips 90 degrees from the track orientation and jams. You can still open the door but it drags the wheel the whole way.

I am not sure why?

Does anyone have any experience with this, and do you know what the problem is ?

I am wondering if changing the wheel will make any difference or will a new wheel simply do the same thing ?

Do you have experience with these things?
Why would a new wheel function differently, I don't really understand, wouldn't it be the same ... or has the old one worn it's castor out ?

Without being there eyes on I`m guessing it is wear and tear.
