Blocked Saniflow bath/washbasin/toilet

My saniflow bathwater will not drain away but the saniflow pump etc is OK - I had it checked.I heard a terrible grinding noise downstairs and I wondered if the pipes could be blocked. Does any one have any idea how I can deal with this. The Saniflow engineer who checked it all yesterday said it was fine and has now gone away on holiday for two weeks. It was fine until I ran a bath this evening. Do you think Mr Muscle will help?

I'm not sure Mr Muscle would be a good idea, my parents' had problems with a saniflo and when it was replaced they were advised "do not pour normal bleach down it". Mr Muscle unblocker is just very concentrated bleach so it might damage the seals inside the pump.
