Hi ….

I’m currently trying to remodel my parents tiny kitchen in their 15 year old house..

I would like to block up the rear kitchen door, just don’t know if it would meet with regulations. The room next door is the living room which has patio doors leading into a conservatory, plus the hallway and front door as easily accessible from the kitchen

I will attach a plan - it won’t show the conservatory, but it’s off the living room.

Also attached as another’s of the same house type existing kitchen and the proposed plan I have.

Thanks in advance

The issue in terms of building regs is fire escape. From your plan you would maintain escape via the hallway, so not an issue.
