Hi I want to put a boiler into a gargage conversion but dont have gas pipe capacity to do a 24kw combi which seems to be smallest. It is separate from house and so feeding from current house boiler seems to be a problem .Anyone know of a 19Kw combi on the market? Suggestions for other options - so far I have had replace cooker with electric to free up some gas or go electric in garage - solar is out no enough sun! It is not easy for me to upgrade my gas pipe as I live in country - any suggestions? Thanks..

Smallest combi you will get is 24Kw. You're looking at a system boiler and a small unvented cylinder if you want to use gas.
