boiler fans

I have had a Venturi fan replaced 3 months ago and this month the boiler fan replaced. Are they the same thing and have I been done or are there indeed two separate fans in a combi boiler.

Can any one give me the answer please.

Hi your post is a little confusing do you mean you had a venturi replaced then later the fan failed and that was replaced ? In a lot of boilers there are seperate venturis which disintegrate (Ferroli and Vokera for example) and can be replaced. its possible that your fan required a new venturi and then at a later date your fan failed hope this helps Paul.
