Hello folks, recently I've been having an issue with my boiler, there's this little white box near the boiler, as you can see from the pic attached, once every couple of days or so the light under the green one goes red (the green one going off) it basically shuts off the heating and any hot water until I restart it from the mains and there is no error on the boiler's screen, it just shows zero, thank you for any advice.

Loss of sign from room stat try new batteries in the room stat first
I will definetly try that once I get home from work, a colleague suggested the same thing, thank you very much
That is the receiver unit from your RF thermostat, it is losing signal this wont show any fault code on the boiler

The receiver should not be fitted right next to the Fused spur like that, possibly why the signal is being interuppted
