We had been getting an intermittent buzzing noise from behind the control panel on the hot water tank, which resulted in the "delay timer PCB" and "pump drive PCD" being replaced. 6 months later we are now getting a problem where the hot water fades away, but only apparently only whilst having a shower. I've confirmed there is still hot water in the tank by turning on a hot water tap, immediately afterwards. At the same time the hot water fades a high pitched noise eminates from the airing cupboard, but unfortunately I cannot isolate the source of the noise.
Any help to identify what is happening would be appreciated.
