Bosch 1200 Classixx Express washing tripping RCD

Hi

Can anyone please shed some light for me I have a Bosch 1200 classix that keeps tripping RCD, it runs for approx 6 mins then trips RCD,carried out following checks, carbon brushes seem ok with 1 inch either side, heating element I have check for continuity this buzzes on meter,pump working fine as it drains away ok, not sure how to test control board ? any thoughts appreciated
