bosch classixx 1200 "spin problem"

Hi has anyone had this problem.
The machine will go through the cycle as normal but when it comes to the spin function it stops and the spin light on the display flashes and will not spin. Even when i select spin only the same happens. Any help is welcome. Thanks.

Is water still in machine or has it been pumped out?

the machine was still full of water, so i opened the door and had to remove soaking clothes and empty the drum manually

pump blocked

try removing the drain cap at the front bottom of the machine and see if you can see anything blocking the pump.

be ready for water on floor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
