my Bosch dishwasher is not rinsing properly, cups taste of detergent.

It should pump out the water at the end of the main wash cycle and in doing so get rid of the detergent before refilling for the rinse cycle. Maybe the drainage pump or outlet hose is partially blocked so it's not completely clearing the 'old' water before re-filling for the rinse. Any other signs such as food residue left on the crockery which might indicate this is a possible cause ? Other suggestions - are you using a rinse aid ?
