Bosch fridge freezer problem

I have a Bosch kgh34x0gb upright fridge freezer.

I opened it this morning and the freezer had defrosted and was warmish, and the fridge was not cold.

I turned it off and on, and it is still running. Not sure what the problem was...

I moved the fridge out, and there seemed to be a bit of water underneath.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did someone press the defrost button, was there a power cut during the night or did the breaker trip on the fuse board?

A few ideas.
