Fabric Softener is being taken from the drawer, but the clear water is not being syphoned away and the centre section is full at the end of the wash. I have cleaned out the drawer thoroughly and tried to clean the complex top part where the drawer goes in, but it's still not draining away. Will this top part come out so that I can clean behind there as well, assuming it's gunged up, but it does sound more complicated than other models I've seen in the forum.
