Hi my clothes keep coming out of the wash with black greasy marks it was suggested that it was a bearing problem.I havent noticed it being any noisier, can anyone advise, also on scale of job should it be a bearing. Thank you

Just re asking to the morning crowd.
Yes, it does sound like the bearings as there are no other greased parts that could contaminate the wash water. This is a big job as the outer drum has to be removed through the front of the machine, dismantled to remove the inner drum then the bearings are drifted out and new ones pressed/drifted in.
If you get an engineer in to do this expect to pay £90 upwards.
