Bricks bowing above French doors - advice please

Hi Stacey, don’t worry the only thing that looks like its not been fitted is a flat iron across the top of the frame and underneath the soldier brick lintel to act as reinforcement and take the weight off a window, french doors like you have on your Juliet balcony. The guys fitting this should have known that flat iron is used were soldier brick lintels are in place. They should come back and sort it out for free. Hope this helps.
