We have a BT Versatility System which I installed.
We have four featurephones attached to 2 X ISDN 2 lines.
Recently I have connected 4 GN 9120 headsets and GN 1000 Lifters.
These are wired in correctly and the headsets work fine.
Trouble we have is the lifters (GN1000) do not connect to the flashing line when they are lifted. The incoming call can be heard ringing, by pressing the centre button on the headset lifts the GN1000 but we are finding we still need to press the corresponding line button to be connected thus rendering the lifter useless at this point.
I am informed it is possibly a programming issue with the system and hoped somebody could tell me how to program the phones to ensure the lifters (GN1000) connect to the line once lifted.
