We purchased our house off a development firm. They had split the original plot into 2 to build a new house on the other plot.
Our soil pipe access is on the other plot and runs about 5 meters from the house of which 4M are on the other plot , also the shared connection inspection point is about 3 meters away on the other plot (this is the responsibility of seven trent).
Am i correct that the builders need to ensure that we have an inspection point on our land and they need to facilitate this at their expense?
There has been nothing in the planning permission consultancy stage regarding this so I'm concerned they will not do that and just leave us with the problems this is going to cause.
Thanks for any help!
