If only and i bet a few thousand would but im pretty sure you dont get to see the results which kinda puzzled me.
I asked the guy if he had spotted anything and his answer " Im afraid im going to have to strike a dead bat on that one " ????????
He said the results would be sent to the buyers solicitor.
If i knew that i wouldnt have made him a coffee nor have free reign around the house

Well don't forget, he's been employed by the potential buyer of the house, he doesn't have to show you squat. If any probs show up they will be pointed out to the buyers solicitor, who will then pass them onto your solicitor, so you will hear back eventually.
