My Dimplex heater XLS24N has all its four heating elements broken. It looks like they have burned through and in some places look a little charred on the surface. The thermal cut out seems okay as the power is still reaching the connector blocks. Has anyone else ever seen or able to explain why all four elements can be broken in this way?
