Does anybody have a cable/breaker chart for british standard or do anybody knows what cable size to use on 400 Amp breaker. from the main to the sub panel is about 300 ft.

All the information you need to calculate this can be found in BS7671 and probablly in the on-site-guide but quite frankly if you are asking this question then I have grave doubts as to whether you are competant to be doing the work.
