Over-garage side extension and come forward a couple of meters and re-model the front.
Cleaning/repainting all the timber/fascia’s/render etc would give it a big lift on its own. Do the windows need replacing per chance? And that extension on the right is not adding anything, do you want to extend or? Is the canopy over the garage in keeping with the street? A wider shot seeing the house in context with the other house would be helpful. What’s your revamp budget? Is it £100 or £50K?
