Recently moved house and stripped the wallpaper from a bedroom wall, looks to be some sort of cream vinyl paint (if I wash with sugar soap it reveals the lovely dark purple colour underneath)
Would love a smooth, freshly painted look but not sure it can be achieved?
I was planning to fill and sand..but not sure what primer to use to help hide imperfections and ensure it doesn’t crack..any suggestions?
