Capriz Frozen Condensation Pipe

Hi,
we had the same problem last year, our outpipe has frozen up. We have managed to defrost it, but the boiler keeps cutting out. The flame will start for about 5 seconds and then it stops with the red light flashing for the flame. Last year we worked all day on it and eventually got it working again by switching it on and off again.
We are having the same problem and can't get the boiler to work, any ideas?

There is a sensor in the top of the condensate trap which is probably wet from the trap being full. This needs drying, otherwise it's still telling the PCB that the trap is full.
