Central Heating coming on with hot water

I have recently had a new central heating system installed, I have a honeywell programmer and thermostat, with a fully pumped boiler (I was told that it’s a Y plan system).
The problem is that whenever the hot water comes on the all the radiators get hot as well.
I have looked through the forum, but haven’t come across this question.

i am not a plumber or heating engineer, but have you turned your room stat down.

we have one rad hat gets wrm after water been on, its because the boiler "dumps" the heat some where, and it happens to be this rad.

but do try turning room stat down first.

on the other hand i may be wrong

If it's a recent inst'n get installer back. It could be incorrectly wired incorrectly programmed diverter valve may be passing or it could be reverse circulating due to poor positioning of c/htg return
