Please help! I am replacing a Randall 102E7 central heating controler with a Tempus 7 controller. Rewired it as instructed but the pump is not working now. Any suggestions?

have you got approx 230 volts at the pump when there is a call for heat/hot water.

I now have an electrition involved but even he is stumpted. It seems as if the wire connections as instructed will not work heat, water and pump correctly. IE the pump is coming on for water and not for heat, or the pump will not come on at all.. etc..
Thanks for getting back to me - but I think we just need to keep trying different configurations - or put the old controller back on!!!
