Central heating problem

One radiator on my c/h remains completely cold. Have drained whole system, and filled with Fernox3. Left in for three days then drained and refilled but rad is still cold.

TRV stuck or valves not turned on? Did it work ok before you drained, or was that the reason for the work you did?

Turn off one valve ( TRV if fitted ) on each of the other rads and see if that one does then heat up.
