Central Heating

I have recently had a new Vaillant ecoTEC boiler installed. All radiators upstairs are heating up o.k. Downstairs, the radiators take 2 hours to heat up. Even the radiator downstairs without TRV takes 2 hours. What is happening?

System needs balancing mostl likely. Get your installer back!

Did it replace an old BBU or gravity primary system?

If so could be the old check valve stuck in the heating pipe work to downstairs.

The new boiler replaced an old gravity fed system.
