have a problem with heating. rads are sometimes luke warm and sometimes hot. boiler does not turn off when it reaches stat temp. and boiler makes a bit of a glugging noise sometimes. i recently had a new pump put on after it burnt out just after a couple of new rads were put on.

If its not turning off when it reaches stat temp then that could be something wrong with your thermostat.
Glugging noise could be air or scale.
How long since CH system was cleaned?
Was inhibitor added to the system, a burnt out motor could be fault of mucky water.
