CH drain ?

Hi All

Just trying to drain down my CH to move a rad. Opened the Drain on the lowest rad & no water comes out?

Any ideas

[hi-spec plumbing heating]

the rubber washer is stuck in the hole.

put some cloths down remove the end with a screw driver free the washer then be quick with the hose.
