looks fine, the waste outlet is pretty much the same so you shouldn't have a problem.
 
Yup, the only real difference is 5mm for the waste to the back to the wall which the waste pipe should take up NBAA. The only other difference may be the actual foot print and unless you had lino/tiles cut to the last one then again no issue.
 
5mm is neither here nor there. This can be taken up by the (new!) pan connector.

Looking at the diagram the footprint front to back looks a couple of inches bigger than the old, so makes life a bit easier at the front, but the back is further from the wall. This will leave the pan conn more visible.

Side to side footprint, nothing to compare on the second diagram.

I made the very reasonable assumption that the diagrams were in the same order as the text/links above them.
