embarrassing for the Tories whichever way you look at it. Almost as if they have no remainers amongst themselves

That misses the fundamental point. We are not in the EU which means we are outside of it's boarders. We also want our boarder but appear to lack the funds to allow it to be run as they want. ie Doing it would increase living costs - that is what they say anyway so put off.

The Good Friday Agreements states that there will not be boarder where it would ideally be put.

Then add the intention to establish our own food standards and who knows what else.

Then ask yourself which sides are pig header. Ours is somewhat want the cake and eat it, stuff everything else.
