chrome plating brass hinges

hi i have 4 Brass parliament hinges and need to change them to either satin or polished chrome finish. to buy new im looking at £34 to buy new in chrome. any ideas on how costly would it be to get them plated?

if you want

a car paint and clear lacquer would look best

Or you might consider painting to match the doors.

Remember to let it harden very well befeore fixing, and paint the screw heads or use stainless ones.

paint them and need repainting every 3-5 years or buy the correct hinges and they will last for at least 25 years so £1.50 a year

Getting it ready for sale in the next couple of years, otherwise I would have bought the chrome ones.
