clyde boiler/rielloG3B burner

hi this boiler/burner i have just serviced but can not seem to analysis right .the co2 reading is 7/8 at best with the oil pressure 8 to 10 .i have tried adjusting the air but to no avail .it burns kerosene and i know the top pressure should only be 10 bar .what can i do to sort this out?
